Technical data is retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes or to comply with legal obligations. Data may be processed outside the EU or EEA. Where required, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses in accordance with the ChatGPT Sites Data Processing Addendum.
